The original tramlines, steel pillars and the sheer scale of this space make it one of the most impressive visual arts spaces in Europe. Tramway 4 is a studio theatre with flexible seating for up to 90 people. Tramway 5 is an exhibition space that can accommodate up to 60 people.

The Studio offers a more traditional setting and is suitable for smaller board meetings, presentations and talks for between 4 and 40 people. Immediately adjacent to the cafe is the Mezzanine area which offers an informal meeting space that can be used as breakout for up to 40 people.
